North Caspian Operating Company B.V. (NCOC) is the delegated operator of activities under the NCSPSA.		As Operator under the NCSPSA, NCOC has delegated certain activities to four Agent Companies.
CO-VENTURERS		NCOC VALUES AND ETHICS

Co-venturers under the NCSPSA are also shareholders in NCOC, each holding the same participating interest as in the NCSPSA.		The policy of NCOC is to comply with all Kazakhstan laws, rules and regulations applicable to its business. We will consistently strive to improve efficiency and productivity through learning, sharing, and implementing best practices.
